Presently Consultant for Building Approval with a Team of 5 members for CMDA and DTCP approval for Residential, Commercial, I.T.Parks, Warehouse, Institutions(Schools and Colleges), Industries, Layout, Change of Land use (Conversion) etc along with required NOC for Wet Land, Taluk office, Highways, National Highways, Airport Authority, Air Force, Fire and Rescue services, Pollution Control Board, Traffic Department, Public Works department, CMWSSB, SIPCOT, ELCOT and through consultants for EIA & CRZ all over Tamil Nadu. We have Received Approval for more than 135 projects. We also obtain completion certificate. We also Submit due diligence report.
